Terms of Service

By choosing to work with Hello Tracy Rose, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These help protect both of us, set clear expectations, and ensure smooth collaboration from start to finish.

 
1. Services We Provide
We offer done-for-you digital services to help small and service-based businesses grow online. Services may include:

  • Social media content creation and management
  • Online ad setup and management (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)
  • Simple website design
  • Blog writing
  • Scheduling software setup
  • Google Business page optimization
  • Other services as outlined in your specific project proposal or package

We tailor each package to meet your unique business needs, and we’ll clarify everything before getting started.

 
2. Your Role
You agree to:

  • Provide the content and materials needed for your project (such as photos, videos, or service info)
  • Respond in a timely manner to questions and approvals
  • Make payments according to your invoice terms
  • Use any content we create only for your own business and not redistribute it without our permission

3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via credit/debit card, Stripe, ACH, or check. Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise arranged.

For monthly services (like social media or ads), invoices are issued monthly in advance. Late payments may result in a pause or delay in service.

If paying by check, please make it payable to: Hello Tracy Rose, 11519 Kingston Pike, #145, Farragut, TN 37934.

Please note: Work will not begin until payment is received and the check has cleared for first-time clients. Returned checks may be subject to a service fee.

4. Revisions & Edits
Most packages include a limited number of revisions, clearly stated in your service proposal. We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments, but major scope changes may require an updated quote.

 
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a monthly service at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for work already completed or partially delivered.

For one-time services, cancellations made after project work has begun will be billed based on time invested.

 
6. Results Disclaimer
While we do our best to create content and strategies that help you grow, we can’t guarantee specific results. Success depends on many factors beyond our control—including your market, industry, and customer behavior.

 
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once full payment is received:

  • You own the final designs, content, and copy created for you
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise in writing
     
    8. Tech & Platform Access
    To perform certain services (like ads, websites, or scheduling tools), you may need to grant us access to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Calendly). We take this seriously and will use your access responsibly, only for the work agreed upon.

 
9. Termination
We reserve the right to end a project or client relationship if:

  • Communication consistently breaks down
  • Expectations are unrealistic
  • Payments are not received on time
  • If this happens, we’ll provide a summary of work completed to date and bill accordingly.
